Where are the classes held?

All classes are held at a central Oxford venue with reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and presentation facilities. The exact location is confirmed when you book your spot. We typically use accessible meeting spaces in central Oxford, convenient to public transport and parking.

What time do classes run?

Classes run from 18:45 to 20:15 (90 minutes total: 60 minutes instruction + 15 minutes setup/Q&A). We've designed the schedule to fit busy professionals' evenings.

How many people will be in my cohort?

We target 10 students per cohort with a maximum of 12. This small size ensures everyone gets personalized attention, can ask questions freely, and has meaningful interaction with the instructor and peers.

Is this face-to-face or online?

All our courses are face-to-face, in-person classes held in Oxford. We believe in-person learning creates better accountability, networking opportunities, and hands-on guidance that remote courses can't match.

Which course should I start with?

Complete beginners: Start with Introduction to AI. No prior experience needed.

Some AI experience: If you're comfortable with basic prompting and ChatGPT/Claude, jump to Competent AI (Intermediate).

Advanced users: If you understand workflows and RAG basics and want to build agents, choose Advanced AI (Agentic).

Do I need to take all three courses?

No! Each course stands alone. However, they're designed as a progressive pathway. Many students start with one course and then continue to the next level. We offer multi-course discounts (10% for 2 courses, 15% for all 3) if you want to commit to the full journey.

Do I need coding experience?

Beginners & Intermediate: No coding required at all.
Advanced (Agentic): Light coding exposure is helpful but not required. We provide both code-based and no-code options. Basic familiarity with Python or willingness to learn enhances the experience.

What are the course prices?

What's included in the price?

Are there any discounts?

Yes! We offer several discounts:

• Early bird: Book ≥14 days before start and save £20
• Buddy discount: 10% off when booking with a colleague
• 2-course pass: 10% discount on total
• 3-course journey: 15% discount on all three courses
• Scholarship seats: 1 seat per cohort available at reduced rate (contact us)

How do I pay?

We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card). Simply click "Book Now" on any course page or the schedule, and you'll be taken to our secure Stripe checkout.

What's your cancellation policy?

• Full refund: Cancel ≥7 days before course start date
• 50% refund: Cancel 3-6 days before start
• No refund: Cancel <72 hours before start
• Transfers: Within 72 hours, you can transfer to another cohort if a waitlist spot exists

What if I miss a session?

We understand life happens! If you miss a session:

• You'll receive session materials and recordings (if available)
• You can attend office hours to catch up
• You may be able to join the same week in the next cohort (subject to space)

We don't offer partial refunds for missed sessions, but we'll do our best to help you stay on track.

What if the course doesn't meet minimum enrollment?

We require a minimum of 5 students to run a cohort. If we don't reach this threshold, we'll notify you at least 72 hours before the start date and offer:

• Full refund, or
• Transfer to the next available cohort

What do I need to bring?

You'll need:

• A laptop or tablet with internet access
• Basic computer literacy (can use a web browser, type, etc.)
• An open mind and curiosity!

For the Advanced course, you may want to install software like VS Code and Python (we'll provide setup instructions).

Do I need my own AI account (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)?

It's helpful to have free accounts with ChatGPT and/or Claude for practice, but we'll guide you through setup in the first session. You don't need paid subscriptions—free tiers work fine for our courses.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes! Upon completing all four sessions, you'll receive a Certificate of Completion recognizing your achievement.

Can I keep accessing materials after the course?

Absolutely! All course materials (PDFs, cheat sheets, templates) are yours to keep. You'll also retain access to our private Discord community for continued learning and networking.

Is there ongoing support?

Yes! After your course, you can:

• Continue participating in the Discord community
• Attend alumni meetups and advanced workshops
• Get priority booking for new courses
• Reach out with questions via email

Can I book for my team?

Yes! We offer corporate training packages:
