These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and attendance at courses offered by AI Evening Classes Oxford ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Course Booking & Payment

1.1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

1.2. Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of booking via our secure Stripe payment system.

1.3. Pricing: Course prices are listed in GBP (£) and include all course materials, instruction, and certificate. Prices are subject to change but will be honoured at the rate shown when you book.

1.4. Discounts: Early bird discounts apply when booking ≥14 days before course start. Buddy discounts and multi-course packages require manual application—contact us before booking.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

2.1. By Student:

  • Cancel ≥7 days before start: Full refund
  • Cancel 3-6 days before start: 50% refund
  • Cancel <72 hours before start: No refund (but may transfer to another cohort if waitlist spot exists)

2.2. By Us: If we cancel a course (e.g., insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, force majeure), you will receive a full refund or may transfer to the next available cohort.

2.3. Minimum Enrollment: Courses require a minimum of 5 students. If this threshold is not met, we will notify you at least 72 hours before start and offer a full refund or transfer.

2.4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Attendance & Participation

3.1. Attendance: You are expected to attend all four sessions. No partial refunds are given for missed sessions.

3.2. Late Arrival: Please arrive on time. Repeated late arrivals may result in removal from the cohort without refund if they disrupt the class.

3.3. Conduct: You agree to abide by our Code of Conduct. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.

3.4. Recording: Sessions may be recorded for internal quality purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are not generally shared but may be provided to students who miss a session.

4. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

4.1. Materials: All course materials (PDFs, slides, templates, etc.) are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without our written permission.

4.2. Intellectual Property: All content, including lesson plans, exercises, and branding, is owned by AI Evening Classes Oxford and protected by copyright.

4.3. Your Work: You retain ownership of any projects or work you create during the course.

5. Certificates

5.1. Completion: Certificates are awarded upon attendance at all four sessions and completion of any required capstone project or evaluation.

5.2. Non-Accredited: Our certificates are certificates of completion, not professional accreditations or qualifications.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

6.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law (UK GDPR).

6.2. By booking, you consent to our use of your name, email, and other necessary information to administer the course and communicate with you.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We provide courses and materials "as is" and make no guarantees about specific outcomes or career advancement.

7.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in our courses.

7.3. Our total liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

7.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, venue issues).

8.2. In such cases, we will reschedule the course or offer a full refund.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

9.2. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
